Network’s "Food Finds" Finds d’Oni Enterprises

d’Oni Enterprises, an award-winning Southern California manufacturer
of gourmet sauces, will be extending a invitation to experience haute-world
flavors through the Food Network’s nationally broadcast "Food
Finds" program. The company will be featured in an episode focused
on backyard grilling. The show will be filmed on July 19, 2003, with an
expected airdate of June 1, 2004.
The taping coincides with d’Oni Enterprises'
transition to all natural and preservative-free products, as well as the
company’s launch of it's newest product, Happy Together Orange-Chili-Garlic
Grill.Glaze.Dip sauce. The "Food Finds" shoot will segue from
one location to the next, beginning with a visit to E. Waldo Ward, co-packer
of d’Oni’s Burning Desire Habanero Hot Sauce, to the office
of Janis M. Dalessandro, d’Oni’s Founder and President, to
Santa Monica Seafood to witness a demo, and finally to Manhattan Beach’s
Bristol Farms for a grilling class conducted by the gourmet stores’ Executive
Chef Bruce Jacobs and Mrs. Dalessandro as they demonstrate the use of Moondance
Marinade, Burning Desire, Bold as Love Honey-Habanero-Mustard, and Happy
Together Orange-Chile, Grill.Glaze.Dip to create exceptional haute grilling
cuisine.
When asked about the Food Network appearance,
Dalessandro says, "In a way, the "Food Finds" appearance
comes as an unexpected reward for those distributors and retailers who
took a chance on us; without their support we would not have succeeded
long enough in the business to be featured."
