Me… personally? I have always loved Caesar Salads – however, I have never actually had one. I just couldn’t get past the typical fat count. Cognitively, I could never justify so much fat in a condiment. After all, if I am going to have a days worth of fat – I am going for that famous coffee ice-cream bar, dipped in chocolate, with almonds.
